They mentioned it once.
Ask how the recital went.
Clients tell you things between sets, like a sore shoulder or their kid’s recital on Saturday. Spotter picks it up while you coach, and ten minutes before their next session it gives you the short version. A spoken brief and optional phone calls are planned; the example below shows that direction.
Free during the beta. Ben sets it up with you on a call.
Founding beta: these examples show the intended workflow. Ben will walk you through what is available today. Automated calls, weekly summaries and platform imports are still being developed.
A note from Ben
I’m Ben, and I’m building Spotter.
When you’ve got eight clients, you remember whose knee is bad and who’s training for a wedding. At twenty, stuff slips, and the client usually notices before you do.
Spotter listens to your sessions, with the client’s OK, and keeps the useful bits. Before you see someone again, you get about thirty seconds on how last time went and what’s worth asking about. Spoken briefs and phone-call delivery are on the roadmap.
The beta is free. I’ll set it up with you on a call. In return I’d like a few weeks of real use and straight feedback, including the parts you don’t like.

What the call sounds like
This is Alex’s brief for Maya, read out the way you’d hear it in the car. The card after it shows where each part came from.
Nobody typed any of this. It came from the last few sessions and the notes Spotter kept from them.
What Maya’s told you, with a date on each note
Each note points back to the session it came from, so you can check it. Tap anything to fix it or delete it.
Her week
Her body

People stay with the trainer who knows them
They remember that you asked about the new job and knew the wedding was in June. That’s easy with eight clients. Around twenty it gets hard, and that’s usually right when the business starts working.
Spotter just makes sure you don’t walk in cold.
The short version, every time
A brief before every session
Ten minutes out: how last time went, what’s changed since, and anything you still owe them.
A call when you’re driving
The same brief, read out loud. It takes about thirty seconds.
Promises on your list
Say “I’ll send you that video” in a session and it lands on your to-do list with Maya’s name on it.
Notes you can check
Every note has a date and a session. When Spotter isn’t sure what it heard, it asks you.

Before you apply
Does it keep personal stuff?
Yes, if it’s useful for coaching, like an upcoming trip or a sore knee. You can delete any note, any time.
Will it call me before every session?
Phone-call briefs are a planned feature, not available in the current beta. The demo is an illustration of that experience.
What if it gets something wrong?
Tap the note and fix it. Every note shows the session it came from, so you can check.
Do I need my clients’ permission to record?
Yes. Get your client’s informed permission before recording and record that consent in Spotter. We walk through the consent controls on your setup call.
What happens to the audio?
It’s turned into notes. Saved recordings and transcripts stay available for review until you delete them. There is no automatic seven-day deletion. We explain recording consent and AI processing during your setup call.
