Privacy for the founding beta website
Updated September 29, 2026. This notice covers these four marketing pages and the application form. The trainer and client apps have their own privacy controls.
Your application
Ben Morris operates the Spotter founding beta. We collect the details you choose to submit, including your name, contact details and information about your training business, to review your application and arrange onboarding. Your form asks for permission to contact you about the beta. This is separate from optional analytics or advertising consent. Please do not include client names, health information or other private client details.
Where information goes
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores applications in a protected D1 database. Access to applications is restricted to the site administrator. Cloudflare also processes network information to deliver and protect the service. We retain applications while arranging and running the beta, or until you request deletion. We do not sell application details.
Optional measurement
If you allow analytics, we send PostHog in the United States an opaque visitor identifier and events such as page visits, demo plays, form steps and successful applications. We include campaign labels, but not your name, email, phone, typed form contents, client information or demo transcripts. We do not enable session replay or automatic collection of page text.
If you allow advertising measurement and a Google tag is configured, Google receives advertising identifiers and a conversion when an application is successfully saved. We do not send your application fields to Google or enable enhanced conversions or personalized advertising. Analytics and advertising choices can be made separately. Neither is required to apply.
Your preferences are remembered for 180 days. Consented visitor and campaign information lasts up to 30 days in this browser. Pending analytics events expire after one day. Server delivery records are kept for up to 30 days after delivery; aggregate reports remain. A browser privacy signal disables optional tracking. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer. Changing consent stops future optional collection; it does not erase events already delivered to a provider.
Security and choices
Administrative sessions use a secure, HTTP-only cookie. We use short-lived, salted hashes of network addresses to limit abuse. We keep a salted network hash with an application for abuse investigation. Contact Ben through your beta correspondence to request access, correction or deletion. Before you have correspondence, you can use the application form, write “Privacy request” in the admin-time field, and give only the contact information needed for a response.
Product recordings
This website contains synthetic demo audio, not real client recordings. In the product beta, saved recordings and transcripts are retained for review until deleted through the app or an owner-assisted deletion request. There is no automatic seven-day deletion promise. AI provider processing and client recording consent are covered during onboarding.
